COR-PRO was founded in February 1996, and is headed and managed by Paul Cormack, who is the holder of the Certificate of Estate Agents qualification. He has a history in property extending over many years from Sales Consultant to Regional Manager of a prominent real estate company.

Today Paul Cormack leads his own successful enterprise. Paul Cormack is also a qualified Mechanical Engineer and holds a National Higher Diploma in the field.

He, as well as senior staff, are holders of valid fidelity fund certificates as required in terms of the Estate Agents Act.

COR-PRO is also a member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA), and is also registered with the Financial Services Board (FSB).
